What is Chronic Absenteeism?
Chronic Absenteeism happens when a student is missing 10% of the school year, which is about 2 days per month/18 days per year.
To prevent chronic absenteeism, students should aim for 9 or fewer absences per year.
Attendance is critical to succeeding in school. Let’s work together to make sure we show up team EVA!
