Come join us in competing in chess matches with your peers, learn new techniques from your teachers, and improve your skills.

9th–12th Clubs

Come learn about artists and art techniques you have never heard of or have always wanted to learn about! Share your art with others, see what your peers have created, and discover how creative you can really be!

Students are driving the direction of this club and at this point, it is still evolving. For the first few meetings the students decide what we are going to read and discuss it. Later, students are going share favorite authors and book recommendations. Come explore all of the exciting books to read with us!

Learn how to explore your creativity with new writing styles and unlock your inner author! Come discover how to better use colorful dialogue, character development, alliterations, and metaphors to take your writing to new heights!

DECA stands as a cornerstone experience for students interested in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. This dynamic program offers an immersive plunge into the realms of business and leadership, designed to complement academic learning with real-world skills.

D&D has been a popular tabletop role playing game for nearly 50 years. Join your friends in epic fantasy adventures.

FNRL stands for Future Natural Resource Leaders (FNRL).  FNRL is a student leadership organization that teaches about forestry and natural resources to high school students.  This group is comprised of students who have taken or are currently enrolled in Natural Resource CTE courses at EVA.  If you are interested in the outdoors, the environment, joining other high school students in natural resource focused events, or even a career in the field of Natural Resources, we hope you will consider being a part of FNRL!
