- How to set up your observer account (allows you your own login to observe student’s schedule, progress, grades, etc.). This was already set up for the enrolling parent and the login information was provided in your welcome email from your student’s engagement coach. You should only need these instructions if you wish to add another parent or learning coach observer.
- How to add your email to your student’s account (to receive notifications, copies of their inbox messages, etc.): Please reach out to your student’s engagement coach if you would like to add or update a parent/LC email address.
